Olare Motorogi

Big-cat country on the Mara's northern boundary

One of the Mara's premier conservancies, renowned for exceptionally high lion and cheetah densities and low vehicle numbers. Formed in partnership with Maasai landowners, it offers an exclusive, uncrowded safari experience.

Naboisho

‘Coming together’ — community conservation at its best

Mara Naboisho is one of East Africa's largest conservancies, a model of community-led conservation with abundant wildlife and a strong walking-safari culture. The name means ‘coming together’ in Maa.

Mara North

Rolling plains, the Leopard Gorge & the Lemai wedge

Mara North Conservancy covers a spectacular 74,000 acres of prime wildlife habitat, including the famous Leopard Gorge. It is a not-for-profit partnership between member camps and over 800 Maasai landowners.

Ol Kinyei

Pristine wilderness, the Mara's first conservancy

Ol Kinyei is a pristine, low-density conservancy established in 2005 — among the first in the Mara. Set aside exclusively for wildlife, it delivers a remote, untouched safari experience.

Mara Triangle

The pristine western third of the Reserve

The Mara Triangle is the north-western part of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, managed by the not-for-profit Mara Conservancy. Famed for well-maintained roads, excellent wildlife and front-row Mara River crossings.
